1. Return Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within this 7-day window.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.

  • The product must be in resalable condition and must not have been used, altered, or damaged while in your possession.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Special Categories)

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, certain items are sold “As-Is” and are generally non-returnable:

  • Antique, Vintage, Second-hand, and Recycled Products: These items may show natural wear and tear. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Handicraft & Custom-made Products: Items made to order or handcrafted are unique and may vary slightly from photos. > Exception: If any of these items arrive significantly different from the description or damaged during transit (not listed in the “wear and tear” description), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@gigimi.com. Once your return is authorized:

  • You will be provided with the appropriate return address (which may be our main office in New Mexico or a specific vendor’s facility).

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once we (or our vendors) receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

  • Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: For credit card payments, it typically takes 5 to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Deductions: The original shipping cost incurred by Gigimi (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Ineligible Items

  • If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, Gigimi reserves the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

  • Items sent back after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers

While Gigimi hosts independent third-party vendors, we maintain a unified return policy to ensure a consistent experience for our customers. All return requests must be initiated within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Individual vendors are required to adhere to this platform-wide policy for all transactions made through Gigimi.com.
