Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery
If the customer is found to be in the right during product return investigations, Gigimi will deduct the necessary amount from the payment to the seller.
If the customer is justified in returning a product, Gigimi will not transfer the product amount to the seller\'s account and will send the refund to the customer.
Sellers will face financial penalties if they repeatedly have defective or faulty products. If necessary, their accounts can be suspended or permanently closed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
