Refund Policy
Sellers with stores on the Gigimi Marketplace must comply with Gigimi\'s RETURN & REFUND POLICY (https://gigimi.com/return-refund-policy/).
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery
If the customer is found to be in the right during product return investigations, Gigimi will deduct the necessary amount from the payment to the seller.
If the customer is justified in returning a product, Gigimi will not transfer the product amount to the seller\'s account and will send the refund to the customer.
Sellers will face financial penalties if they repeatedly have defective or faulty products. If necessary, their accounts can be suspended or permanently closed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Once the shipping process has started, the standard return policy will apply.
Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a seller’s error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), the seller is responsible for the return shipping costs.
