“JEJIM or CICIM” FLAT WOVEN
This flat woven is traditional Anatolian handcraft “Jejim or Cicim”
This product is made of wool threads, hand-spun yarns, on traditional hand-looms as a handwoven art.
Patterned and colored sections are made of wool yarns. Some motifs of these patterned and colored sections were made by the weaver with synthetic or orlon threads. Motifs made of synthetic threads do not create any contradiction in the general aesthetics of the product. I showed in the video below.
Because they are traditional, original/unique, old, vintage and used, they may have wear and tear. Overall, it is in very good condition and is an aesthetic and artistic product.
Probably a hand weaving art from the Konya region / Turkey.
