What is Gigimi? Gigimi is a curated marketplace that offers a unique mix of new products, antiques, vintage finds, handcrafted arts, and recycled items. We host both our own inventory and independent third-party vendors.
Where is Gigimi based? We are a registered Single Member LLC based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
2. Products & Quality
Are the antique and vintage items in good condition? Since these items are pre-owned or aged, they may show natural wear and tear. We provide detailed descriptions and photos for every item. By purchasing, you acknowledge these unique characteristics.
Are the handcrafted items unique? Yes! Our handcrafted and recycled products are often one-of-a-kind. Please note that slight variations from the website photos are expected and celebrated as a sign of authenticity.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? Because we work with vendors globally, your items may be shipped from different regions. Your order might arrive in multiple packages at different times.
How long will it take to receive my order? Processing usually takes 1-5 business days. Domestic (USA) delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, while international shipping may take 10-21 business days depending on customs.
How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). If you ordered from multiple sellers, you will receive separate tracking for each package.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You have a maximum of 7 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original packaging and resalable condition.
Can I return antique or handcrafted items? These items are generally sold “As-Is.” However, if an item arrives significantly different from its description or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Orders & Payments
Is my payment secure? Yes. We use industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. Gigimi LLC does not store your full credit card information.
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are only possible before the item has entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
