Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origins & Processing Times
Since we host products from various sources, your order may arrive in multiple packages:
In-House Products: Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Dropshipping & Marketplace Items: Processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times for these items depend on the specific vendor’s location and carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (USA): We offer standard or expedited shipping options.
International: We ship to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (see Section 6).
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard Shipping (USA): Typically 5-10 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Typically 10-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. > Note: These are estimates. Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, high-demand seasons and regional conditions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. If your order contains items from different vendors, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
5. Shipping to Addresses/P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
“Gigimi” ships to addresses within the United States, to US territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as to certain countries determined by the company; however, there may be restrictions for some large-sized items or for certain sellers.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gigimi LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages and Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at info@gigimi.com.
