RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

You have seven calendar days from the date you received the product to return it. In order to be eligible for a return of your purchase, your product must be returned with its original packaging, all included accessories and/or all parts, must be in resalable condition and must not have been damaged while in your possession. This period is valid until you receive the product. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase for your product.

We cannot accept returns of antique, vintage, second-hand, handicraft, recycled products that you have purchased. Since some parts or areas of the products you will purchase may be old and worn, you should pay attention to the product descriptions. We recommend that you purchase our products by carefully reading the necessary descriptions during the purchasing process.

REFUNDS:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned product, our professional team will inspect the product and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or you initiate a return after seven calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
